Poor Zacy..

Yesterday was a sad day....it hurt my heart but I had to put my 3 yr. old gelding down.  He had a problem with his joints and was going to be in pain for the rest of his life.  What a waste of a smart and so talented horse.  I kissed him goodbye and told him I would ride him in heaven, then I headed home with an empty trailer and a hunk of his main.  :(

Finally we are hooking up.m Saturday we went to Tennies for a barrel racing.  Okey ran a 16.7, the fastest hes ever gone and Tina ran a 16.32 smoken time.  She turns so fast that I feel like a rag doll on her or maybe like a clown act I saw once where they had an English Sheep dog with a monkey strapped in a saddle. He just held on for dear life and rode it out.  What a ride, so fun I just shake with an adrenilne rush for a good 10 minutes after.  Wish you all could have this much fun. Till next time....
